Managed Social Media Packages

These packages are an easy way for you to start a conversation with a client about managing their social media. It outlines what is included in 3 packages (gold, silver, bronze), the rate and the commitment. This gives you a simple framework for selling clients and saves you tons of time customizing every proposal. If you are creating a custom proposal you can also pull these packages into the proposal since they include all of the detail surrounding the scope of your work.

It also includes pricing based on market averages for solo-practitioners, but you can adjust the pricing if needed. Add your logo to this and use it as a starting point. The packages are different for small and medium businesses; small businesses are usually less work and the clients are less demanding (they also have lower budgets). Social Media Strategy Sample

The first step in client social media management is building a strategic plan. The strategic plan should cover all aspects of your plan to grow their business using social media. You should gain their alignment on the strategic plan PRIOR to beginning execution of their strategy or building your content. The strategic plan is a part of the set-up process and is vital to make sure that you and the client are on the same page. This short strategic plan should be completed for every client to show that you understand their business and have a plan for the content and execution. This will also protect you since they are agreeing to the execution upfront.

This demonstrates the delivery to a client of the strategic plan. NOTE: It does not include the final copy edit, which is completed prior to sharing the final document.
